This version of Lrrr looks very Kong-esque. He'd probably look right at home swatting planes up on a skyscraper. This guy's definitely intimidating, and there's some great detail on his scaly body. Also, that cape's got some major class. I especially like how you did the chain that fastens it together.

Love this model shapw, texture/bumpmap.
But I feel that the face looses some of his cartoony personality and appeal.
